St John's April ECO Church
Thank God our Creator for all the wonderful things we have noticed this Spring so far. In April we will focus on birds. When do we first see or hear the first swallow or swift returning from Africa? How many different bird species are th
ere in your garden? Not sure how they look or sound? Try one of the bird identification apps on your phone, such as merlin.
Don’t forget to post your findings and pictures to share with the rest of the church by adding them to our Facebook page and / or send the picture to Shervin Nejand at snejand@hotmail.com and he will load them.

Let's make 'enjoying nature' our priority for this month. Really look around us. Notice the first flowers. The first leaves. Bird songs.Lets's appreciate nature in a new way and allow it to lead our thoughts towards God, our Creator.
If you take any pictures of nature that you notice as you walk around this month, and you would like to share them with the rest of the church on face book or the Church website, please add them to our Facebook page and / or send the picture to Shervin Nejand at snejand@hotmail.com and he will load them.

St. John's is an evangelical church within the Church of England. We aim to be a welcoming place and to serve our local community. The area around our location in Kingston Road, about half way between Kingston and New Malden, has changed a lot since our church was founded as a tin hut mission church in 1885. But inside our 20th century church building, the strength of commitment is as firm as ever.
At St John's we take the safeguarding and care of children and vulnerable adults very seriously.

The local primary school - Christ Church Primary School was founded and is partly funded by Christ Church and St John’s
